How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are $2.99, a 1$ per mile addition will be paid to the driver for deliveries reaching farther then 5 miles. 

What are your hours?
Monday-Sunday- 10:30am to 9:00pm

Do you take special orders outside of normal delivery hours?
For orders that are outside of our normal delivery hours, please call our office at: 251-410-6800 to make special arrangements. We would be pleased to accomodate your delivery needs no matter the day or time!

How long does it take?
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, almost always within 45-60 minutes . Please take into consideration that restaurant preparation time, weather, and traffic may affect delivery times. 

Will my food arrive to me fresh?
Absolutely! Your order begins being prepared only when we have a driver on the way to the restaurant to pick it up. Your order goes immediately into a specialized thermal insulated catering bag to keep it hot and fresh, and then it is delivered directly to you.

How do I pay?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover American Express. Cash is paid to the driver upon delivery. Credit cards are processed on our secure site at the time of your order.

What else do I need to know?
Restaurants menus and prices are subject to change. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed . Call us immediately at 251-410-6800 if the restaurant has incorrectly packaged your order to schedule a re-delivery or to receive credit. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Thank you for your business. 

What if I don't see my favorite restaurant?
Let the owner or manager know that you would like their food delivered to you by DapperDeliveries!

What if I am not satisfied with the service or meals?
Please give our office a call at 251-410-680 if something is not right. We will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with our service and your meal. We require all participating restaurants to package your meals according to your order. Your Dapper Deliveries driver is not allowed to open the packaging to verify accuracy or preparation of your meal due to guidelines set by the state. Due to this fact, all sales are final.
